What' the Management Trainee Program about?

The goal of this Program is to create and offer the opportunity to young talent to develop themselves along with our company and in our core competencies.

• The Management Trainee program lasts 2 years, with a new assignment every 6 months on a different site, but within the field of Control Engineering. Each assignment comes with a project or process improvement challenge. It is the perfect combination to build a varied and thorough experience
• The assignment will be discussed and shaped together with you. This includes analysing, designing, programming and installing systems that are used for our machines.
• You will be assigned a mentor and will work alongside experienced colleagues from both Engineering and IT, who will ensure that you receive all the ongoing support, training and information across our various operations and business units to be successful. Not just watching but actually doing and changing. From inventory to recommendation and rollout.
  

• You graduate in 2023 and will obtain your Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, System & Controls, Mechanical Engineering with Specialization Control Engineering. You can show proof of excellent study results and extracurricular activities
• You like a technical and operational challenge and are flexible to work at locations in Belgium or The Netherlands
• You are fluent in Dutch, English and (preferably) French
• You have the ambition to become the expert as Control Engineer for the 12 locations of What's Cooking?
• Your communication skills are excellent. You know how to connect and convince based on facts. You also recognize yourself in this: proactive, hands-on and eager to get things done
